Adult Retraining at Marshall Aerospace
Since 1994, Marshall Aerospace has run an Adult Re-Training Programme which allows adults to re-train using their skills to enable them to become an airframe or avionic/electrical engineer.
Trainees and apprentices work towards a National Vocational Qualification at Level 3, and also attend local colleges on day release to study for technical certificates such as City & Guilds or BTEC qualifications. Marshall Aerospace has participated strongly in the support of NVQs together with SEMTA; developing qualifications which allow trainees to become licensed aircraft engineers, or to enable them to undertake a day release course for Further Education.

Applicants would need to provide appropriate documentation demonstrating their right to work in the UK.
