Marshall Solutions
I joined Marshall Aerospace as a structural engineer after completing a degree in Aeromechanical Systems Engineering. From the word go, I have been involved in a wide range of design activities including structural design, modification, liaison and flight dynamics, including a placement within MA’s extensive in-house manufacturing capability which has given me a valuable insight into the full design and manufacture process from concept to installation. I have now specialised in aerospace engineering consultancy, working for a variety of civilian and military customers on diverse problem-solving and technical advice projects.

The work at MA develops both your technical and professional skills as an engineer, whilst giving you the fantastic opportunity of working with operational aircraft.

Recently I have been responsible for the structural de-modification of “Snoopy” the meteorological research aircraft; the design, test and installation of the first full-cabin smoke detection system on a C-130 and managing the concept trials for military intermodal cargo containers.

After a relatively short time working at MA I am now in the process of obtaining Chartered Engineer status. This is an opportunity only made possible by the diversity of work available at MA. If you relish working within a dynamic and 'hands-on' environment, then MA is the place for you.
