Marshall Aerospace employ a number of post graduates each year, giving them the opportunity
to gain insights into a variety of departments.
General Management Graduate Trainee
The aim of this scheme is to provide each member with the broadest view of the Company, giving insight into what each department does, how they are connected to other departments, the politics of the company as well as giving a fantastic opportunity to network with different professionals as well as obtain new and sometimes unfamiliar skills.
Commercial Graduate Management Trainees (CGMT)
In addition to general graduate trainees, we also have a number of Graduate Management Trainees specifically within our commercial department.
There are three main sections in the Commercial function: commercial (customer facing), purchasing (supply chain facing) and project management. A CGMT should expect to spend time in each of these departments developing the relevant technical skills and knowledge through on the job training as well as undertaking specific projects to assist the business moving forward. On completion of the scheme the CGMT would be permanently placed within one of the commercial departments or a Business Stream management team.

- 21 month rotational programme
- Average 3 months in each department
- Possibility of visits to Australia, Canada or the Netherlands
- Opportunity to lead and deliver projects
- Allocated mentor and performance review feedback
- On the job training plus external training tuition and development
- Placement geared towards appointment into first line management or equivalent at the end of the programme, subject to availability.
- Excellent future earnings potential.
Commercial Graduate Management Trainees (CGMT)
