    Our operational support capabilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO), routine aircraft maintenance, cockpit upgrades, interior reconfiguration and complete structural overhauls
  • Global engineering, supply, aircraft maintenance and programme management, including ‘lean’ engineering and supply chain management
  • Military Aircraft Specialists able to access the full resources of Marshall Aerospace for military customers
  • All forms of conversions, reconfigurations, modifications, upgrades and repairs designed and integrated by our team
  • Continuing Airworthiness Management to EASA Part M, CAMO approval, full aircraft depot checks, instrument checks and complete avionics upgrades
  • Hangar space able to accommodate up to 12 C130s, or combination of a 747-400, an MD11 and two A320s in our largest hangar
  • Integrated operational support providing depth and forward maintenance and technical support
  • Outside dock allowing interior reconfiguration for wide-bodied aircraft types and a two-aircraft paint bay
  • Full technical support and Conversion Design Authority for the Royal Air Force’s L-1011 Tristar Tanker, and full technical support and Sister Design Authority for the UK Royal Air Force Hercules C-130K aircraft
  • Aircraft type training for civil and military engineers across a range of OEMs, including Airbus, Boeing, Cessna and Lockheed Martin

Marshall Aerospace is approved under EASA Part M Subpart G as a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) through the UK Civil Aviation Authority.

Our operational support services, including our facilities and expert personnel, become seamlessly integrated into your operation, as an extension of your organisation.

Alternatively, you can choose to use our services to supplement your existing capabilities, allowing you access to specialist skills, expertise and facilities that your organisation does not require on an ongoing basis. We can conduct simple procedures and processes on an ad hoc basis or agree a term maintenance solution that fits the requirements and demands of your aircraft fleet.
